Ask with purpose

Employee surveys designed around the decisions ahead

Start with what your organization needs to understand, not a generic questionnaire. TalentMap helps fit survey design, participation and reporting to your goals, workforce and operating context.

More than sending a questionnaire

A credible listening program connects four things: the business question, the employee experience, the way feedback is gathered and the actions leaders are prepared to take. TalentMap helps organizations make those choices deliberately.

Let TalentMap run the survey end to end when your team does not have the capacity to carry it alone.

Proven foundations, adapted to your organization

Use established survey content, tailor questions to your context or build a more customized program with expert support. The goal is not customization for its own sake; it is collecting feedback leaders can interpret and use.

Make it easy, and safe, to respond

A strong response begins with clear communication, practical access and confidence in confidentiality. TalentMap helps teams prepare the survey experience, monitor participation and communicate what employees can expect.

What happens after the survey

Design the follow-through before launch

Before asking for feedback, decide how results will be shared, who will choose priorities and how employees will hear what happens next. TalentMap connects listening to reporting, interpretation and action support so the process does not end when the survey closes.

Common questions

Can we customize the questions?

Yes. Start from established content, tailor wording to your context or add questions for a current priority, with guidance on what will still be comparable.

How is confidentiality protected?

Engagement and onboarding survey results are reported in aggregate. Groups with fewer than five respondents are not reported on their own.

How long does a survey project take?

It depends on scope, workforce size and how much design work is needed. We will map a realistic timeline with you during the first conversation.

What reporting and support are included?

Every project includes platform reporting. Interpretation, presentations and action-planning support depend on the services you choose.
