Oregon State Parks service over 39.6 million visitors to their facilities every year. With nearly 840 employees, they are responsible for Oregon’s Recreation Area, Scenic Waterways, and the Willamette River Greenway. The organization launched their first survey using TalentGate in January 2018. They deployed our questionnaire with no customization, and the overall platform has met all their needs for employee programming so far. Their Employee Development Specialist – who has learned the program with great east – deploys the surveys herself through the organization’s HRIS email list.
