The State of Employee Listening in Canadian Municipalities – 2026 is now open. Free, anonymous, 10 minutes.

TalentMap, Canada's employee listening research firm with 20 years of public sector expertise, is conducting the State of Employee Listening in Canadian Municipalities – 2026: the first national benchmark of its kind, supported by provincial municipal associations across Canada. The study examines how municipalities currently listen to employees, how that feedback reaches leadership and elected councils, and what action planning and culture change follows.

Participation takes just 10 minutes, is completely anonymous, and carries no sales follow-up. More than 30 municipalities across Canada are already contributing their data, and the study closes May 15, 2026.
