30+ Municipalities Are Shaping Canada's First Employee Listening Benchmark: Is Yours One of Them?

TalentMap’s State of Employee Listening in Canadian Municipalities – 2026 is underway. This independent, 10-minute study benchmarks how Canadian municipalities listen to and act on employee feedback.

Participation is free, fully anonymous, and carries no sales follow-up. In return, your municipality receives national peer benchmarking data and an invitation to a session reviewing key national findings.
